Dear Members,

A few quick dates to put in your diaries.

Presentation Evening Sunday 6^th December 7pm

The evening has been arranged at Pratten's Club, Midsomer Norton for Sunday 6^th December 2009 at 7pm for the presentation of many Trophies, Cups and Medals etc.
The evening entertainment will also include a round of traditional skittles with a buffet & raffle.
Everyone is welcome , Family & Friends and it will be a good chance for the whole club to meet up at the end of a long year of shooting.
The cost of the evening will be £6 for Adults & £3 for Juniors.Please use the form available below if you wish to attend and return it with payment to Rod West by 21^st November.

Club Equipment Recall December 31^st 2009

Please could we have all club equipment handed back to Mark Smith by the end of the year so we can carry out a full assesment of any repairs needed. We can then start afresh in 2010.
This year we have built up a good range of training bows etc and suitable carry cases so that equipment can be issued as a complete kit to new members.

AGM Wednesday 27^th January 2010

Another important date is for the Annual General Meeting.
This will be held at The Red Post Inn, Peasedown St John at 7pm. Anything for AOB needs to be put in writing and sent to the club secretary by 4^th January 2010 so an agenda can be constructed. Please make sure you can make it, if not please inform a member of the committee and collect an agenda before the AGM if thee is anything you may wish to send a postal vote on.

Also I have to inform you that all club committe positions are up for re-election, If you would like to be on the committe please send a letter with the position you would like to apply for along with signatures from a proposer & seconder. All applications have to be in by 4^th January 2010 (anything recieved late will be rejected).
